Our Property List includes available rental property listings throughout Kentucky. We do our absolute best
to be sure all online listings are currently available. Since we've been in business so
long, we have established a process to make sure landlords and property managers keep us informed of any changes, and we check with them frequently
to do our best to be sure our list is up-to-date.

There are no refunds;
the information on properties on this list is supplied by Rental Information Center in cooperation with participating landlords;
the access to the general information on properties on this list is open to the public, but the specifics (address, phone number, etc) are accessible to people who paid the Service Fee;
the Service Fee is as stated above and it covers access to complete information on the properties on this list, including all the updates made in this timeframe;
to buy the full access to this list, go to the Membership page and follow the instructions;
to access the full information on properties on this list, click on the Login button on any of the publicly accessible pages of this list and log in with your Login ID and Password you registered while paying the Service Fee;
the information on the properties on this list is for the exclusive use of Rental Information Center customers who paid the Service Fee and is not transferrable to any other persons or organizations.
